1 Annual Physical and Preventive Care Visit: we include a full spectrum of cardiovascular tests to make sure heart disease does not lurk in the background – it is the #1 killer in the US – cardiac stress testing, ultrasound imaging of heart carotid and aorta, and ambulatory heart monitoring. This is not included in your standard doctors visit

2 Urgent Care: Manela Health always accommodates same day walk-ins for urgent care issues. Sudden back pain, musculoskeletal injuries, infection/cough; etc. Your doctor is available. No need to go to an Urgent care clinic.

3 Chronic Condition Management: At Manela Health we specialize in internal medicine, and we carefully manage multiple chronic conditions while taking ownership when it comes to working with specialists – we don’t just triage – we are involved every step of the way.

  • Our Membership includes unlimited in-clinic visits in Aventura, Florida and/or via Telehealth, patient advocacy, in-house diagnostics & phlebotomy, no wait same day appointments, prescription requests & renewals, chronic condition management, expedited access to specialists and leading hospitals, access to our in-office cardiovascular diagnostics: stress testing, ultrasound imaging, cardiac rhythm monitoring, and body composition analysis for weight loss management, and access to our ancillary services at a preferred rate: pain management, sexual health treatments, body contouring, facial and body aesthetics.

  • For small additional fees, you have access to advanced imaging (MRI/CT/X-Ray), house calls, advanced medical procedures, vitamin infusions, select aesthetics treatments, and pelvic and specific sexual health treatments. Vaccinations, compounds, prescriptions not included in membership.

  • We are an out-of-network provider and have opted out of Medicare. However, if you have a PPO plan with Out of Network benefits, we can submit your membership cost to your insurance for potential savings.

  • We can be your Primary Care Doctor, or we can complement your existing Primary Care Physician. If you have a PCP, we collaborate closely with your PCP maintaining open communication throughout your care journey and ensuring comprehensive and coordinated treatment. After each visit to Manela Health, we provide your PCP with a detailed summary and recommended next steps, ensuring continuity of care.

  • We prioritize your health needs at Manela Health. Our team understands the urgency of seeing specialists, from gastroenterologists to dermatologists to psychiatrists. While securing appointments with renowned specialists can often be time-consuming, our dedicated efforts ensure expedited access for our members. With our ongoing commitment to building strong relationships within the medical community, you can trust us to arrange appointments promptly, providing peace of mind during your healthcare journey. We work with all major hospitals in the region including The University of Miami, Mt. Sinai Memorial Healthcare as well as nearby HCA – Aventura Hospital – we use our nearby hospital for emergencies – where optimal care would necessitate admission to nearest hospital – once admitted decision can easily be made to advance care to a different hospital.
